Welcome to Pawfluence AI! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered customer communication platform for pet businesses and associated services. By accessing or using Pawfluence AI, you agree to be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using Pawfluence AI, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.
User ResponsibilitiesAs a Pawfluence AI user, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring all activities under your account comply with these terms. Misuse, unauthorized access, or malicious use of the platform is strictly prohibited. You must be at least 21 years old to use our services.
Use of Service
Pawfluence AI is designed to improve customer communication and engagement for pet businesses through AI-powered solutions. You agree to use the platform solely for lawful purposes, in accordance with its intended functionality, and not to interfere with or disrupt the service or servers.
Subscription and Payment
Pawfluence AI offers two flexible options: Pay-as-you-go for smaller teams and Custom plans for high-volume or multi-location businesses. A one-time setup fee is required for all new accounts, and payments are securely processed through Stripe.Your first billing begins once onboarding and any number porting or technical setup is completed. Setup fees are non-refundable once work has started. Monthly usage charges include a 7-day money-back guarantee for new customers, valid only for your first billing cycle. After the initial 7 days, payments are non-refundable, but you may cancel anytime to avoid future charges.Accounts may be paused or terminated in the event of non-payment.
Data Privacy and AI Learning
We prioritize your data privacy and security. By using Pawfluence AI, you consent to our collection, use, and storage of data necessary for delivering the service. Our AI system learns from user conversations to continuously improve service performance. You retain ownership of all data generated from call logs and communications. You may use this data without restrictions. Upon account cancellation, all your data will be permanently deleted from our systems.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Pawfluence AI, including software, branding, and content, belong to Pawfluence Agency LLC or its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the platform for its intended purpose but may not modify, distribute, reproduce, or reverse engineer any part of it without permission. Users are prohibited from copying or replicating our platform.
Limitation of LiabilityPawfluence AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
Termination of Service
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Pawfluence AI at our discretion, including for violations of these terms or non-payment of fees. Upon termination, all your data will be permanently deleted.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
